About Greece...

Greece (or Hellenic Republic ) is a country of South-east of Europe , member of Treaty North – Atlantic, of European Union and the euro area.

Greece is located in Balkan Pen. , south of Bulgaria, Republic of Macedonia and Albania , and west of Turkey.  It has a coastline of 13.676 km at Aegean , Ionian and Mediterranean Sea.
The Capital of Greece is  Athens,  a beautiful area, and  good to visit.



Greece is formed of a mainland with numerous with numerous bays and peninsulas and some island (approximate 3 000 islands in Aegean Sea, Ionian Sea and Mediterranean Sea).  Most important islands are Crete Island, Rhodes Island, Corfu Island  and Dodecanese and Cyclades groups. Greece has approximate 15 00 km of coast. The relief is characterized by the predominance of mountainous massifs, arranged in the form of parallel alignments; They continue , actually string of Dinaric Alps of the center of the Balkan Pen.  The main string is represented of Pine Mountains, that  crossing central Greece. The most big altitude meets the Aegean Sea, Mount Olympus (2 917 meters ).
